What is the standard delivery timeframe for large furniture items?
Most of our handcrafted furniture pieces are delivered within 7-14 business days. For custom-made or 'made-to-order' items, please allow 4-6 weeks for production and delivery. You will receive a tracking link as soon as your order leaves our warehouse.
Do you offer White Glove delivery and assembly services?
Yes, we offer a White Glove delivery service for an additional fee. This includes room-of-choice placement, full assembly of your furniture, and the removal of all packaging materials.
What is your return policy if I am not satisfied with my purchase?
We offer a 30-day return policy on all standard items. If you are not completely satisfied, you can return the item in its original packaging. Please note that custom-made furniture is non-refundable unless it arrives damaged or defective.
Are your wood products sourced from sustainable forests?
Sustainability is a core value at Shawcross Furniture. We exclusively source our timber from FSC-certified forests, ensuring that your furniture is both beautiful and environmentally responsible.
Does Shawcross Furniture provide a warranty on products?
Every piece of furniture we sell comes with a standard 12-month manufacturer's warranty covering structural defects and craftsmanship. Some of our premium collections offer extended warranties of up to 5 years.
